J. Keith Dantin, P.E. is a Florida licensed professional engineer since 1985. Mr. Dantin has lived in Tallahassee, Florida since 1988 providing professional engineering consulting services throughout the Florida Panhandle from 1988 to 1998. Between 1998 and 2008 he directed master planning, entitlements, design documents, and construction for 3 large master planned - mixed use developments located in the City of Tallahassee (SouthWood), Leon County (FallsChase) and Franklin County (SummerCamp). In 2009, he helped form and is joint owner of Dantin Consulting, LLC.
Mr. Dantin's 14 years of design/consulting experience combined with 10 years of directing the development of large master plan communities and resorts provides any client public or private, with a unique insight of both the design engineer and developer/client. Utilizing his diverse experience, Mr. Dantin can successfully integrate and manage all technical, financial, and construction applications required for any civil engineering and/or land development project yielding his clientele maximum product flexibility at minimum cost.
Mr. Dantin's involvement from project inception ensures that all planning initiatives and concepts can be achieved through detailed scope, time management and economic accountability. His unique experience enables him to provide exceptional project/construction management for all types of public or private type development. His experience of hiring and directing consultants such as planners, engineers, architects, surveyors and contractors provides the leadership and experience necessary to ensure proper coordination, continuity and team cohesiveness that is essential in producing accurate design documents and/or timely construction completion.
Years of engineering and development diversity has provided Mr. Dantin the ability to manage processes and people through all aspects of Project Management, Risk Assessment,Site Design, Strategic Planning, Value Engineering and Construction Management.
